Whether you are new to caregiving, dealing with care issues locally or long distance and   are struggling with what direction to take, we are here to help. Care coaching is provided one on one or we can   assist you to facilitate care discussion with the entire family. Decisions regarding your loved ones care can be   difficult and at times overwhelming. Let us educate and guide you through the maze of care options. 

       

 Coaching Session helps you:

• Address care needs & how it affects the family. A session can include both local and long distance caregivers via conference call and emails.

• Define roles & expectations of all parties

• Share information about appropriate resources

• Set goals to allow for a more harmonious transition process. Especially versed in dealing with conflict or indecision regarding care decisions of aging loved one.

 This package is designed to allow Human Resource Departments to “Take Care of Their Employees” by   offering on-site education for those employees experiencing the additional responsibilities of aging family   members, as well as offering additional understanding and in-sight for those employees nearing retirement.
